Financial figures come from the federal NCES F-33 survey and are published as reported. Transparency grades are still being rolled out: most districts show a provisional C because their records have not been reviewed yet, not because anything was found wanting.
Expect gaps, and expect some of them to be ours. If a figure looks wrong or a record we marked missing is in fact published, tell us and we will correct it.
